We offer a full refund on your first paid month if you contact us within 7 days of the charge. No questions asked. We'd rather you don't keep paying for a tool that doesn't fit your workflow.
How to request a refund
- Send an email to support@seo-backlinks.net from the email address on your account.
- Include your invoice ID (visible in your Stripe receipt).
- We'll process the refund within 3 business days; the credit may take 5-10 business days to appear on your card statement depending on your bank.
What's NOT refundable
- Renewal months after the first one — cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- Partial months: if you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the period ends; no prorated refund.
- Downgrades: switching to a lower plan does not generate a refund for the difference.
Cancellation
To stop future charges, go to your dashboard and click "Manage subscription". The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also email us if you prefer.
Disputed charges
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We'll work with you to resolve any issue — chargebacks have fees on both sides and are rarely necessary.
